1964/1965. Pupils of Richard Demarco in his art room at Scotus Academy, Edinburgh. The benches (moved to the side walls to make space for an experimental drawing class ) were originally designed for science lessons. The room was once the bedroom of Lord Boothby as a child, and the sole entrance was via a spiral staircase.
