Flints knapped by Keir Smith for his flint axes work, part of the Edinburgh Arts '77 exhibition (Part Two, Eight Artists) presented by the RDG at the Scottish Arts Council's Fruitmarket Gallery, Edinburgh.  Other exhibiting artists were Chris Castle, Bob Chaplin, Adrian Hall, James Howie, Paul Neagu, Maryrose Pilcher and Joseph Reeder.
