L-R: the artist and composer Henning Christiansen, Colin Sanderson (director of ASCENT) and the artist John Latham at Edinburgh College of Art, for Latham's event The Attorney Project: John Latham vs. Physics, Philosophy ,Theology, presented by the Demarco European Art Foundation in association with ASCENT (the Association for Art, Science, Engineering and Technology) during Latham's Cosmic Blood and the Niddrie Woman exhibition at the college). Christiansen was in Scotland for the 25th anniversary of Strategy: Get Arts and his collaboration with Joseph Beuys on Celtic (Kinloch Rannoch) Scottish Symphony. He performed 180 Hammerstrokes Against the War Monkeys on Rannoch Moor (8 August) and Celtic Mouth (with Ursula Reuter Christiansen) at Edinburgh College of Art (14 August). These and Latham's event were part of Demarco's programme for the 1995 Summer School.
