October-November 1970. The audience at a lecture on concrete art and poetry by the concrete poet and performer Lily Greenham at RDG, 8 Melville Crescent, Edinburgh. 

In the forground is an installation with wool bales and neon lights by Alistair Mackintosh who, with Stephen Buckley, Michael Docherty, Rory McEwen and Alistair Mackintosh, was commissioned by Lowe Donald and Co., Peebles, 'to reinstate in visual terms the aesthetic values inherent in woolen materials'. Their work was exhibited at the RDG in the exhibition Wool Redefined (23 October - 14 November 1970).
